Privacy Statement

Federal law requires us to disclose to our customers our policy with regard to your financial privacy. Your relationship with us is important, and we will keep confidential any information about you.

We may routinely collect and retain information about you for specific business purposes. That information may include (1) name, address, telephone number, social security number, and employment information; (2) answers to various questions on deposit and loan applications; and (3) deposit and loan balances, overdraft history and payment history with us. We also collect information from consumer reporting agencies regarding credit and checking account history.

Information that we have about you is available to our employees on a "need to know" basis so they can do their jobs. We prohibit our employees from giving information about you to anyone in a manner that would violate any applicable law or our privacy policy. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with government standards to protect your non-public personal information.

We may share information about you with certain nonaffiliated companies that are our agents. We do this because these companies help us perform necessary business functions or services. This sharing is permitted by law and such agents are required to keep confidential any information about you that we give them.

We do not reveal specific information or any nonpublic personal information about customers or former customers to non-agent, non-affiliated companies for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; (3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or (4) the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required. We do not provide account or personal information to non-Liberty Bell Bank companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.

We respect your financial privacy and will comply with all laws and regulations designed to secure that privacy.

We are most proud of our growing loan portfolio which to date has experienced negligible losses and no material delinquencies, and has no non-accruing loans. We have a very sound loan portfolio with no material concerns - good news for our shareholders and depositors.
