You'll need your account number, your Personal Access Code and the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. If you are a first time user you must enter your full Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number. Then you will be prompted to enter a PIN number which can be 4 to 8 digits.
If you want to speak to a customer service representative, simply press "0" during banking hours. At anytime, you can press "*" to return to the previous menu.
