William C. Dunkelberg
Chairman
| William C. Dunkelberg, Ph.D., is the Chairman of the Board of the Bank and a Professor of
Economics at the Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University. Dr. Dunkelberg
founded and is part owner of Wireless Energy Solutions, a provider of energy saving technology,
and serves on the company’s board of directors. He served on the Board of Directors of NCO
Group, Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing solutions, until the company was sold in
2007. NCO Group, Inc. had a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He also served on the Board of Directors of Activ-e Solutions
from 1998 to 2002, and the Board of Directors of Penn Fishing Tackle Manufacturing from 1994
to 2003. Dr. Dunkelberg has also served as a consultant to the National Federation of
Independent Business since 1970 and is currently the chief economist for that organization. We
believe Dr. Dunkelberg’s expertise in economics and his many years of experience as a director
of both public and private companies make him invaluable as Chairman of our Board, and as a
member of our Audit, Compensation/Personnel, ALCO/Investment, and Nominating and
Corporate Governance Committees. |

Jeffrey Altman
| Jeff Altman is the founder and Principal of Associated Financial Services Ltd., a provider of
international management consulting and financial advisory services, primarily to European
multi-national companies. He also is a certified public accountant. Mr. Altman also owns, and
serves as an officer and director of, Corporate Services of South Jersey, Inc., a provider of
business services; Baja Auto Service Inc., an automobile repair business; and York House
Financial Services, a real estate finance company. He also is a majority owner of Sarah Farms
Associates LLC, an agricultural business; and a 50% owner of Jerc’s Farm Inc., a management
company. Mr. Altman’s broad operational, executive and financial experience make him an
invaluable member of our Board and qualify him to chair our Audit Committee and to serve as a
member of our Bank’s Compensation/Personnel, and Nominating and Corporate Governance
Committees. |

George F. Beppel
| Mr. George F. Beppel is a Shareholder in the firm of Ragone, Lacatena, Fairchild & Beppel, PC, Certified Public Accountants located in Haddonfield, New Jersey. For nearly three decades, Mr. Beppel has been providing valued advice and counsel to his clients. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accounts, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Center for Family Services. Mr. Beppel will serve as a member of the Bank’s Audit committee. |

Roy T. Fazio
| Roy T. Fazio is a partner and has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer of Protocall Staffing Services, a regional staffing company located in Cherry
Hill, New Jersey, since 1993. He also serves as the Chairman of Affiliated Staffing Group, a
national network of independent staffing companies. He also is a general partner in ProtoDoctor
Baseball Videos, a business that develops and sells youth instructional baseball videos, and is the
founder of STARZ PromoWear, a logo business clothing company that sells promotional
clothing to businesses. Mr. Fazio’s extensive experience dealing with employers and employees,
as well as his contacts in the southern New Jersey marketplace, make him uniquely qualified to
serve on our Board and on the Compensation/Personnel and Loan Committees. |

Kevin Kutcher
| Kevin L. Kutcher is the President, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and has served in the first two capacities since August 2003. He was a consultant to the organizers of the
Bank from May 2002 to July 2003. From June 2001 to May 2002, Mr. Kutcher served as the
Senior Vice President responsible for new business development for the Farmers & Mechanics
Bank of Burlington, New Jersey. Farmers & Mechanics Bank acquired the former CloverBank
of Pennsauken, New Jersey, where Mr. Kutcher was the President and CEO from July 1998
through June 2001. Mr. Kutcher joined the de novo Community National Bank of New Jersey in
1987, its year of inception, and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer until the bank’s sale to Hudson United Bank in June 1998. Mr. Kutcher is a Trustee of
the Virtua Health Foundation and served as President of the South Jersey Bankers Association
from 2000 to 2003. He also served as an Assistant Director for the Bank Administration
Institute’s Graduate School of Financial Management at the University of Wisconsin and at
Vanderbilt University from 1989 to 2002. Our Board continues to believe that Mr. Kutcher’s
significant experience in the banking industry, particularly with respect to growing a de novo bank, qualifies him for service as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of
our Board. |

Dean E. Kaplan
| Dean Kaplan is a co-owner and President of Kaplan Industries, Inc., which is engaged in the
business of sales and servicing of compressed gas cylinders, where he has served since 1995. He
also is a board member of Kaplan Investments and serves as Vice President of the Kaplan Family
Foundation. We believe Mr. Kaplan’s strong executive and operational experience, and his
relationships in our local community, where he lives and where Kaplan Industries’ headquarters
is located, more than qualify him to serve on our Board of Directors and Loan and
ALCO/Investment Committees. |

Joseph Maressa Jr.
| Mr. Maressa is President of Title America Agency Corporation, Berlin, NJ and a partner in the law firm of Maressa Patterson, LLC. A lifelong resident of Camden County, Mr. Maressa is active in the Saint Simon Stock Parish, the Builders League of South Jersey, and a member of the Dean’s Development Council of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Maressa is a member of the Camden Diocese Real Estate Review Committee, is a member of the Board of Directors of the South Jersey Port Corporation and is an active member of the Chancellor Development LLC which locates and develops sites for CVS and WAWA. Mr. Maressa supports numerous local charities including the Ronald McDonald House, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Boys and Girls Club of Camden County, and the Senator Joseph Maressa Endowed Scholarship/UMDNJ. Mr. Maressa is married with 2 sons. |

Stephen Mushinski, Esq.
| Stephen J. Mushinski is the administrative shareholder and chief operating officer of the law firm Parker McCay in Mount Laurel, where he practices in the area of public sector law. He focuses his practice on New Jersey school law and public sector labor relations law and for over 30 years, he has represented dozens of school districts in southern New Jersey. He has also represented clients in financial and corporate matters, real estate law and land use. Mr. Mushinski is co-chair of the firm's Administrative, State and Local Government Department and co-chair of the firm's Corporate Department. He is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, the Educational Negotiators Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Mushinski resides in Cinnaminson with his wife and son. |

James A. Tamburro
| James A. Tamburro, Esquire is currently the managing partner at Tamburro Law Offices
located in Marlton, New Jersey, where he practices civil litigation and real estate and corporate
law. He also is a licensed real estate agent for MBR Realty. We believe Mr. Tamburro’s legal
background and experience combined with his knowledge of the real estate market qualify him
as a member of our Board of Directors, and to serve on our Audit, ALCO/Investment and
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. |

Jack Tarditi
| Jack Tarditi is the Managing Partner for Conner, Strong, and Buckelew. He was President of
Associated Insurance Management, Inc. (AIM) where he was a principal shareholder for over
20 years. Tarditi served as Mayor and Director of Public Safety for the Borough of Haddonfield
for 16 years while serving as Borough Commissioner for 23 years. He is former President of the
Camden County Mayor's Association and the New Jersey Conference of Mayors, and chaired
the New Jersey State League of Municipalities School Funding Task Force, as well as their
Legislative Committee. He served for 20 years as Chairman and Commissioner of the Camden
County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund representing 33 Camden County municipalities; Past
Chairman and Commissioner of the NJ Municipal Excess Liability Fund, which provides excess
coverage’s to over 400 New Jersey public entities. Tarditi serves on the Cooper Foundation Board. He also serves as Secretary of the Salvation Army-
Camden County Chapter, the Symphony in "C" Board of Directors and chairs the South Jersey
Community Foundation and the Haddonfield Cultural Events Commission. He serves on the NJ
State Council on Local Mandates, where he served as Chair, and currently Chairs the South Jersey
Tourism Corporation. He is also Chair of the Camden Public School Educational Foundation and
serves on the Haddonfield Educational Trust. He is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and Tavistock Country Club. He lives in Haddonfield with his wife, Barbara and has three children and eleven grandchildren. |
